Course Overview

This course consists of eight sections. Each section includes: objectives, content, summary, and knowledge check questions.  Upon completion of Sections 1-7, you will be directed to complete Section 8 - an “evaluation” to test your understanding of the course materials. Your final score will determine, based on your State requirements, whether you are eligible for continuing education units (CEUs) or in-service training hours. Print out your final score and share this with your training officer.
